The Name “Bella Winni”

The Salon is named after ‘Beautiful Lake Winnipesaukee‘ — New England’s largest lake and Alton’s pride and joy. The name, handed down from the Native American, has a few different meanings, one being “the smile of the great spirit” and the other “beautiful water in a high place”.
